What is the dress code?


Conference: The conference dress code is business casual. Business casual attire is less formal than traditional business clothing, but still professional enough to be office appropriate. For women, this typically means a skirt or slacks, a button down blouse, and closed-toe shoes. For men, this typically means a button down shirt, slacks, and dress shoes. VIP Experience & Gala: The Vip Reception & Gala dress code is black tie. Black tie attire is the most formal attire. For women, this typically means a long evening gown or cocktail dress. For men, this typically means a tuxedo or a dark suit.

How do I get to the venue?


Driving directions: Follow Peña Boulevard to Exit 5 for Tower Road. Go south on Tower Road to East 65th Avenue. Turn left onto East 64th Avenue and continue to North Gaylord Rockies Boulevard. Turn left on North Gaylord Rockies Boulevard. For public transportation options please refer here.

The Gaylord Rockies Resort and Conference Center has onsite parking. Self-Parking

• 8+ hours: $29 Valet Parking • 0-4 hours: $14

• Valet for Old Hickory Steakhouse & Relâche Spa up to 3 hours: $10
